We go above and beyond to blend classic styling with modern convenience and reliability of a new Tahoe

All of our door skins are hand formed in house with a slip roller and sheetmetal brake along with door handle die and custom built door bucks to form the panel lip.  They are installed just like the factory.

Custom carbon fiber “tailgate” skin designed and built exclusively for the K5 Tahoe. This is required because the Tahoe hatch is aluminum, bonding steel to aluminum is never a good idea.  The Tahoe hatch power actuator is weight sensitive, the carbon skin works perfectly by reducing the weight while maintaining the structural integrity of the hatch.

Custom milled retro door handles utilize the factory Tahoe mechanism while keeping the classic looks.  We even incorporate the Passive Entry System by relocating the sensor and button.
